What in Ideosphere

An account executive who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with businesses to build new business for Ideosphere. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Knowledge of domains such as Brand Communications, PR, Social Media, and Advertising will be key.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their communications needs
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the agency’s client base
  • Generating a qualified pipeline for new business
    Meeting individual sales targets
  • Translating RFPs and Briefs in to pitch decks
    Assisting in group level pitches led by business heads
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify pitch approach for breifs and RFPs
  • Coordinate with sales partners and channels to make sure sales pipeline and CRM are addressed in real time

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in an Advertising/Communications/PR/Digital Agency
  • Strong understanding of communications domain and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
