ITILITE Technologies is a unified travel management platform that streamlines end to end business travel, and ensures lite itineraries for corporate travelers. With this project, we had a chance to assess different roles that their stakeholders play in making their business model a success. We were thus able to create customized communication collaterals that delivered business value all across the rung.

Solutioning and Approach

  • An in depth insights study focusing on the Global & Indian travel sector conducted, to understand ITILITE’s business model, along with the consumer persona of the common business traveler in India
  • Positioning and message statements for the brand created and aligned to specific target audiences
  • Ownership of a White paper created by our team, focused towards CFOs and other C-suite executives titled ‘Corporate Travel as a Growth Strategy’ , i.e. the decision makers for ITILITE’s clientele
  • Ownership of an annual business report created by our team titled ‘The Lost Business Traveler’, focused on building an emotional connect with corporate travelers, i.e. the end user of ITILITE’s platform
  • Digital and social media content creation and amplification for the brand and its leaders
