What in Ideosphere

As a content specialist, your role would include the planning and creation of content, right from product communication collaterals, whitepapers and case studies, to providing content support and manifestations for campaigns built across communication channels.

Job Responsibilities


  • Understanding the brief, strategy and marketing framework for content development
  • Analyzing and planning the content approach /strategy
  • Efficiently meeting the processes and timelines of the campaign or project


  • Content structures based on the requirement: Writing on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
  • Researching and organizing facts and sources
  • Interviewing sources
  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and content
  • Collaborating and being open to continuous feedback assessment from the campaign managers, creative team, and designers
  • Research on industries and markets to compare and create content that is innovative and original

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to align multiple brand/sectoral strategies and ideas
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comes with a positive attitude and be a problem-solver


  • Ability to produce work worth a content case study
  • Ability to enhance the creativity and standards of content quality
  • Not bound by past experiences, but ability to learn new content formats
