What in Ideosphere

As a digital copy specialist, your role will be creating and developing short or long format content to accelerate engagement, reach and outcomes for the brand. Also, continually raise the bar on creativity, by writing fresh and compelling copies across specific channels that connect with the desired audience and drive action.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interpret the briefs to develop content for various sectors and brands
  • Research and understand client’s needs and target audiences, review of existing content, understand and learn from interacting with subject matter experts, and also in-person meetings to ensure we understand the customers language
  • Understand the objectives for the specific channels and customize the content
  • Collaborate with digital team members and designers from concept development to delivery of the final copy
  • Proactively take briefs to come up with compelling ideas for campaigns by listening to the conversations on the channel and industries
  • Ability to forecast or easily pickup the latest social media trends, followed by contextualizing the same for the benefit of the client
  • Writing and visualizing campaign thought processes and applying the same for clients
  • In case of a bandwidth requirement, comfortable with working on other forms of content like video, case studies, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on creating content for B2C clients will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle 5-6 accounts for copy execution
  • Highly creative, imaginative, and curious about clients’ products or services
  • Attuned to digital ecosystem with a good sense of articulation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Maintain positive attitude and be a problem-solver
