A key account management profile to understand and analyse the key insights with a brand lens and ownership. Ability to develop brand strategies, create frameworks and execute with internal teams or external partners. Also, to bridge the client expectations with personalized and customized solutions at all times. Be the single window accountability to drive the objectives of the mandate through communication solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Planning

  • With the support of the Operations Head, understand the pitch and deliverables to derive the communication strategy, team framework and delivery approach 
  • Analyse the research reports / form the basic guidelines for deriving the message and strategy 
  • Plan and briefing of work management across the mediums and teams and partners
  • Establish clarity in communication and briefing amongst clients, partners and the team members at the initial level for minimum miscommunication 
  • Standardization and Management of all important documents and information’s required across verticals

Execution

  • Ability to bridge client expectations to scope and outcomes- monthly or quarterly or half yearly 
  • Maintaining the delivery across portfolio accounts and timely reports to be reviewed by Operations Head and Clients 
  • Ability to understand and develop communication plans for major change initiatives and engagement campaigns
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of business
  • Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames
  • Ability to comprehend, create, and critique business models, charts and graphs
  • Understanding of client to upsell services for achieving business outcomes
