What in Ideosphere

Leader Shadow Executive is a learning and growth position in Ideosphere. The selected candidate will work closely with one of the leadership to drive SBU-level business, work, and operational duties. This position will have transparency into the SBU acceleration and priorities of that SBU, and they will work closely with each leader to drive success for these priorities. The role will include research backgrounders, base level strategy documents, meeting preps, conducting base level meetings, aligning to the team roles/communication needs, and any other activity in line with driving the SBU success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving team, operational and top-line priorities for the SBU under the guidance of the SBU Head
  • Background research and ensuring preparation for all meetings/pitches/reviews
  • Coordination with project managers/teams/partners on key work stacks
  • Responsible for confidentiality and trust due to visibility in key revenue and financials
  • Contribute in opportunity and future planning discussions of the SBU
  • Ensure the SBU leader can focus on strategic business priorities for customers and organization

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
  • Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, Communication Management or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
