With nearly three decades of expereince of which 16 years’ was as a journalist, and another 12 years in media and brand strategy, Ashraf plays a key role in managing Ideosphere and its clients. From strategy to alliances and execution, Ashraf is among the lead players.

Previously, he was Executive Director at Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting, a communication strategy firm where he managed brand communication and media strategy. Before that, he was Vice-President – Content & Insights at MSLGROUP in India.

In 2017, she founded Avocado Tree Digital (Singapore & India) to help businesses solve the ‘lack of digital strategy’ problem & to create digital playbooks, demand & traffic generation strategies and provide digital tactical services for organisations. She has on-boarded publicly listed companies on their digital transformation journey such as Lux, Century Ply & Khadim’s. She produced the Click Asia Summit (2011-2016), a CXO Level digital tech conference as well.
